These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Terms & Conditions", or "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the JW66 online gaming platform, including all related websites, mobile-optimised interfaces, applications, features, content, and services made available by JW66 (hereinafter referred to as "JW66", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

3.5 Exclusion from Gambling. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling, or who are subject to any court-ordered or regulatory exclusion from gambling, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Platform.
Age Verification: JW66 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. Accounts that cannot be age-verified will be suspended until verification is completed. Winnings accrued prior to age verification are held in reserve and will be released only upon successful verification.
4.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including full legal name, date of birth, valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport number, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 KYC Documentation. Prior to processing any withdrawal, JW66 may require Users to complete KYC verification by submitting one or more of the following: a copy of a government-issued photo ID (MyKad or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.3 Account Security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. JW66 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a User's failure to maintain the security of their credentials. Users must notify JW66 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access.
4.4 Account Updates. Users are obligated to notify JW66 of any changes to their registered personal information within a reasonable timeframe. JW66 may periodically require Users to re-verify their information.
5.1 Accepted Methods. JW66 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow instant transfer, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).
5.2 Currency. All Account balances are held in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a User opts for a cryptocurrency-denominated balance, in which case the balance is maintained in the deposited cryptocurrency. No hidden currency conversion fees are applied to MYR deposits.
5.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed on the Deposit page within the Player Account portal. As a general guideline, minimum deposits for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow start at RM10, while FPX and bank transfer minimums start at RM30.
5.4 Own Funds Only. Users must deposit using payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit traced to a third-party source may be confiscated and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5.5 Deposit Limits. JW66 supports voluntary deposit limits as part of our responsible gambling programme. Players may request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gambling settings within their Account or by contacting support.
6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. 6.3 Withdrawal to Own Account. All withdrawals must be directed to an account or wallet registered in the User's own name and matching the User's verified identity. JW66 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for fiat currency withdrawals and the equivalent of RM30 for cryptocurrency withdrawals. Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are disclosed within the Account portal.
6.5 Right to Withhold. JW66 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. Users will be informed of the reason for any delay within a reasonable timeframe.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by JW66 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a User's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance.
7.3 One Bonus Per Person. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. JW66 reserves the right to decline or reverse a bonus where evidence of multi-accounting or abuse is detected.
7.4 Abuse of Promotions. 8.1 Game Results. All casino game outcomes on JW66 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested to ensure fairness. JW66 does not manipulate game outcomes. Players acknowledge that all gaming results, whether favourable or unfavourable, are final once the relevant round has concluded.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. 8.4 Disconnection. JW66 is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnection, network instability, or hardware failure on the User's side during a game session. Users are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay.
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the JW66 Platform:
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct: JW66 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, withhold all balances pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

11.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit the reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
11.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to JW66 by Users may be used by JW66 without restriction or compensation to the User.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JW66 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with a User's access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
12.2 JW66 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or loss of data. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of services.
12.3 In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, JW66's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
12.4 JW66's total aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 JW66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (b) a User has materially breached these Terms; (c) a User has provided false information; (d) a User is found to be ineligible; or (e) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to JW66 or other Users.
13.2 Upon Account closure initiated by JW66 for cause, any Balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. Where investigation concludes that no prohibited conduct occurred, the verified balance will be returned to the User via an approved withdrawal method.
13.3 Users may close their Account at any time by contacting JW66 support. Any valid Balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with applicable withdrawal rules, subject to KYC verification.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable under JW66's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

15.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If a User does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
